As a New York native Glenn graduated at the top of his class from Tottenville High School in 1994 with honors. He then attended Oswego State University where he graduated with a degree in History Education and a minor in Sociology.

Pursuing his master’s degree while teaching in the New York City Public School system Glenn decided to shift, careers and venture into the corporate world. He joined CEC, a conglomerate of alternative colleges nationwide, as a motivational speaker. Presenting to packed auditoriums of high school juniors and seniors, introducing alternative educational options as compared to a four-year institutions, while gathering data for the college admissions departments throughout NYC. Glenn Surpassed all levels of expectation by breaking decade old records. Corporate structure limitations and vertical employment led Glenn to have a short lived career at CEC, ultimately driving him to pursue Title Insurance, where he now 23 years later is the # 1 residential Title Insurance representative nationwide.
Glenn has been an industry leader since 2003 for Kensington Vanguard, the nation’s largest privately held national Title Insurance company. Closing over 4 billion in residential deals in 2021, he became the top salesperson nationwide, and number one agent for two different Underwriters in South Florida.
The constant entrepreneurial pursuit of new companies, concepts, and platforms has led to the establishment of industry changing entities.
Terzero, a technology driven, and Patent Pending Multi-Factor Authentication System to prevent against Deed Fraud will launch in 2023. Blockchain based automation, combined with county specific transactional recordation of documents will certainly be an industry disruptor.
